We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel catering services. In the event of a cancellation, the following policy will be enforced:

  • Cancellations made 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund of any deposit made.
  • Cancellations made 2 days prior to the delivery date will receive a 50% refund of any deposit made.
  • Any cancellation made less or within 24 hours of the delivery date will be subject to payment in full for the catering services booked.
  • Any cancelation of last-minute orders will be subject to payment in full for the catering services booked.
